Privacy Policy

Away Stand Ltd. (“Away Stand”, “we”, “us”) operates awaystand.com. This policy describes the data we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. It’s short because we do very little.

This policy does not cover Football Bingo (the app or futballbingo.com), which has its own policy.

What we collect

Contact form

When you submit the form on /contact, we collect the name, email address and message you send. We use this to reply to you.

Server logs

Our host records standard request data — IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, requested path — for the purpose of running and securing the site. Retention is governed by our host’s own terms.

That is the complete list. We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, we do not run marketing tracking, we do not sell or share data with advertisers, and we do not build user profiles. If that changes we’ll update this policy first.

Processors

Two services carry the site’s data:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and delivery of the site.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — sends the email that carries contact-form submissions to our inbox.

Both are bound by data-processing agreements. Because both are based outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer.

Legal basis

• Legitimate interest for hosting the site and keeping short-lived server logs, so that the site runs and remains secure.
• Consent for the contact form — you submit it deliberately, and we treat that as your consent to receive a reply.

Retention

Contact enquiries live in our email inbox until the conversation ends and long enough after to keep a reasonable audit trail — typically no more than 24 months. Resend, our email provider, retains a copy on their systems for its own standard period.

Server logs are governed by our host’s own retention.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it if we no longer need it.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
• Ask us to port your data to another provider.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
