These terms govern your use of awaystand.com (the “Site”), operated by Away Stand Ltd. (“Away Stand”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17432157, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

These terms do not cover the Football Bingo app or futballbingo.com, which have their own terms.

Using the Site

The Site is provided for general information about Away Stand and its products. You may view, copy and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the Site, republish substantial parts of it, or use it to build a competing product.

Intellectual property

Away Stand and Football Bingo, along with related marks, wordmarks, icons and copy, are owned by Away Stand Ltd. The design system and code powering this Site are our property or that of our licensors.

Press and partners may use the assets on the press kit page in line with the usage guidance published there.

Third-party links

The Site links to services we don’t control (App Store, Google Play, Discord, Reddit, X). We’re not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to the above, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to £100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
